What is Fairy?

Fairy is daily hotel-quality housekeeping for your home.

Fairy connects residents with professional housekeepers for personalized daily housekeeping at an unbeatable price.

Each of our housekeeping partners passes a background-check and has at least a year of cleaning experience. We meet each housekeeper that joins our team in person to assess their cleaning ability before they begin working with our customers. During each appointment, your housekeeper can follow an agenda you set or work from the default cleaning list.

Fairy's mission is simple: to provide a sense of relief to every home in the world.

What is a Standard Fairy Cleaning? (30 minutes)

Why daily housekeeping?

Unlike most traditional bi-weekly or monthly housekeeping services, our housekeeping partners clean 1, 2, 3 or 5 days a week, depending on your preference.

Because of our frequent cleanings, you’ll never find yourself waiting until your next clean, watching the dust mites pile up in the corner of your living room or your laundry turn into a mini-Tower of Pisa. Fairy housekeeping partners take care of each task immediately, so you can stop thinking about doing the dishes or taking out the trash.

We service buildings in San Francisco, where Fairy is headquartered, as well as New York City. We have plans to expand further in the near future.

What type of buildings do you service?

Fairy services all types of residences within the city limits of San Francisco and New York (as long as it is easily accessible for our housekeeping partners).

Who will be cleaning my home?

Fairy has a network of housekeeping partners in neighborhoods all over San Francisco and New York City. To ensure you have a consistent experience, you will be able to request the same primary housekeeper for every cleaning. You will see information about a housekeeper before selecting them, including reviews, reliability, the number of cleanings they’ve completed, and more. Your housekeeper will be able to confirm your request once they’re scheduled.

You have the option to change or request a new primary housekeeper on your profile at any time.

To enable our housekeeping partners and team members to be home with their families, Fairy is closed on the following national holidays in 2017

What are Fairy cleaning plans?

Fairy cleaning plans make it easy to set a task list for your housekeeper based on which areas in your home need attention for each appointment. It’s a lot easier than writing out specific tasks each time. And if you need to amend anything, you can make notes for your housekeeper just as you always would.

What’s included in each cleaning plan?

We currently offer 6 cleaning plans designed for your convenience. The default is the standard plan designed to give a sprucing to each room. The other 5 options focus on specific areas for a deep cleaning.
