How does billing work?

Unless otherwise specified, your Fairy plan will renew automatically every month from the date of subscription. (If you subscribe on January 1, your next charge will be on February 1.)

You will automatically receive an invoice with your bill every month, sent to the email on file.

How do I pause or resume my subscription?

If you’d like to pause or cancel any cleaning days or months, you can do so right on the app. You can also contact us on our live chat for further assistance.

How do I change my subscription plan (i.e. from 3 days a week to 5 days a week)?

You can change your plan at any time right on the website. Just go to your profile and go to the “Manage Housekeepers” page. From there, you can then request the new plan you want and we’ll check that against your primary housekeeper’s availability. If those times don’t work for them, you can choose a new housekeeper who can work within the new schedule.

When will I get my credits and refunds?

You will receive any credits or refunds due within 1-3 business days of subscription or request.

How does skipping or pausing my appointments work?

Unfortunately we cannot give refunds if you choose to skip an individual appointment

However, you can choose to pause a week or month of service and get a refund for that week.

We do ask that you give us at least a week’s notice before your automatic billing renewal date, so we can ensure that you are not charged for the week or month you’d like to pause.

I referred a bunch of people to Fairy. How do I find out if they subscribed?
